महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-80, verse-2

भीष्म उवाच ।
गावो महार्थाः पुण्याश्च तारयन्ति च मानवान् ।
धारयन्ति प्रजाश्चेमाः पयसा हविषा तथा ॥२॥
2. bhīṣma uvāca ,
gāvo mahārthāḥ puṇyāśca tārayanti ca mānavān ,
dhārayanti prajāścemāḥ payasā haviṣā tathā.
