महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-80, verse-32

गास्तु शुश्रूषते यश्च समन्वेति च सर्वशः ।
तस्मै तुष्टाः प्रयच्छन्ति वरानपि सुदुर्लभान् ॥३२॥

32. gāstu śuśrūṣate yaśca samanveti ca sarvaśaḥ ,
tasmai tuṣṭāḥ prayacchanti varānapi sudurlabhān.

32. Whoever serves the cows and follows them in every way, to him, being pleased, they grant even boons that are very difficult to obtain.
