महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-54, verse-34

राजन्सम्यग्जितानीह पञ्च पञ्चसु यत्त्वया ।
मनःषष्ठानीन्द्रियाणि कृच्छ्रान्मुक्तोऽसि तेन वै ॥३४॥
34. rājansamyagjitānīha pañca pañcasu yattvayā ,
manaḥṣaṣṭhānīndriyāṇi kṛcchrānmukto'si tena vai.
34. rājan samyak jitāni iha pañca pañcasu yat tvayā
manaḥṣaṣṭhāni indriyāṇi kṛcchrāt muktaḥ asi tena vai

34. O King, because you have completely overcome here the five sense objects related to the five senses, and the senses themselves with the mind as the sixth, you are indeed freed from hardship.
