ततो ददर्श नृपतिः प्रासादं सर्वकाञ्चनम् ।
मणिस्तम्भसहस्राढ्यं गन्धर्वनगरोपमम् ।
तत्र दिव्यानभिप्रायान्ददर्श कुशिकस्तदा ॥२॥

2. tato dadarśa nṛpatiḥ prāsādaṁ sarvakāñcanam ,
maṇistambhasahasrāḍhyaṁ gandharvanagaropamam ,
tatra divyānabhiprāyāndadarśa kuśikastadā.

2. Then the king saw a palace entirely made of gold, rich with thousands of jeweled pillars, resembling a city of celestial beings (gandharvas). There, Kuśika then saw divine manifestations.
