महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-91, verse-33

क्षत्रियस्य प्रमत्तस्य दोषः संजायते महान् ।
अधर्माः संप्रवर्तन्ते प्रजासंकरकारकाः ॥३३॥
33. kṣatriyasya pramattasya doṣaḥ saṁjāyate mahān ,
adharmāḥ saṁpravartante prajāsaṁkarakārakāḥ.
