महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-91, verse-18

कामक्रोधावनादृत्य धर्ममेवानुपालयेत् ।
धर्मः श्रेयस्करतमो राज्ञां भरतसत्तम ॥१८॥
