धर्मे वर्धति वर्धन्ति सर्वभूतानि सर्वदा ।
तस्मिन्ह्रसति हीयन्ते तस्माद्धर्मं प्रवर्धयेत् ॥१४॥

14. When natural law (dharma) flourishes, all beings always thrive. When it diminishes, they decline. Therefore, one should promote natural law (dharma).
