स यथानुशशासैनमुतथ्यो ब्रह्मवित्तमः ।
तत्ते सर्वं प्रवक्ष्यामि निखिलेन युधिष्ठिर ॥२॥

O Yudhiṣṭhira, I will completely narrate to you all that, just as Utathya, the most excellent knower of Brahman, instructed him (Mandhatr).
