महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-294, verse-26

योगदर्शनमेतावदुक्तं ते तत्त्वतो मया ।
सांख्यज्ञानं प्रवक्ष्यामि परिसंख्यानिदर्शनम् ॥२६॥
26. yogadarśanametāvaduktaṁ te tattvato mayā ,
sāṁkhyajñānaṁ pravakṣyāmi parisaṁkhyānidarśanam.

sāṅkhyajñānam pravakṣyāmi parisaṃkhyānidarśanam

26. This much of the philosophy of yoga (yoga) has been truly explained by me to you. Now, I will expound upon the knowledge of Sāṅkhya, illustrating it with precise enumerations and analyses.
