विमुक्तः सर्वसङ्गेभ्यो लघ्वाहारो जितेन्द्रियः ।
पूर्वरात्रे परे चैव धारयेत मनोऽऽत्मनि ॥१३॥

13. One who is freed from all attachments, partakes of light food, and has controlled their senses, should fix their mind on the self (ātman) in both the first and latter parts of the night.
