महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-38, verse-38

तक्षक उवाच ।
अहं स तक्षको ब्रह्मंस्तं धक्ष्यामि महीपतिम् ।
निवर्तस्व न शक्तस्त्वं मया दष्टं चिकित्सितुम् ॥३८॥
38. takṣaka uvāca ,
ahaṁ sa takṣako brahmaṁstaṁ dhakṣyāmi mahīpatim ,
nivartasva na śaktastvaṁ mayā daṣṭaṁ cikitsitum.
38. takṣakaḥ uvāca aham saḥ takṣakaḥ brahman tam dhakṣyāmi
mahīpatim nivartasva na śaktaḥ tvam mayā daṣṭam cikitsitum
38. Takṣaka said: "O Brahmin, I am that Takṣaka who will consume that king. Turn back! You are not capable of curing someone bitten by me."
