महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-38, verse-21

न हि शक्नोति संयन्तुं पुत्रं कोपसमन्वितम् ।
ततोऽहं प्रेषितस्तेन तव राजन्हितार्थिना ॥२१॥
21. na hi śaknoti saṁyantuṁ putraṁ kopasamanvitam ,
tato'haṁ preṣitastena tava rājanhitārthinā.

tataḥ aham preṣitaḥ tena tava rājan hitārthinā
21. Indeed, he is unable to restrain his son, who is filled with anger. Therefore, O King, I have been sent by him who wishes your well-being.
