योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-38, verse-34

अहमस्त्यविचारेण विचारेणाहमस्ति नो ।
अभावादहमर्थस्य क्व जगत्क्व च संसृतिः ॥ ३४ ॥
ahamastyavicāreṇa vicāreṇāhamasti no ,
abhāvādahamarthasya kva jagatkva ca saṃsṛtiḥ 34

ahamarthasya abhāvāt,

34. The notion of 'I' exists when there is no self-inquiry, but with self-inquiry, this 'I' does not exist. From the non-existence of this 'I'-sense, where then is the world, and where is the cycle of rebirth (saṃsāra)?
