At this very moment, within the conscious (cinmaya) expanse (vyoman) that exists at both the beginning and the end, the manifestation of creation (sargadarśanam) is perceived. Through the expansion (unmeṣa) and contraction (nimeṣa) of consciousness (cit), the Self (ātman) as pure space (kha) appears and disappears.
