श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
यं यं निश्चयमादत्ते संविदन्तरखण्डितम् ।
तत्तथैवानुभवति प्रत्यक्षमिति सर्वगम् ॥ ३ ॥

tattathaivānubhavati pratyakṣamiti sarvagam 3

Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: Whatever firm conviction (niścaya) the unbroken consciousness (saṃvit) within firmly holds, that very thing it directly experiences (pratyakṣam), as it is all-pervading (sarvagam).
