योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-100, verse-16

प्रामाण्यं सर्वशास्त्राणामेतेनैव प्रसिद्ध्यति ।
सर्वसिद्धान्तसिद्धान्त एष एवेति मे मतिः ॥ १६ ॥

prāmāṇyaṃ sarvaśāstrāṇāmetenaiva prasiddhyati ,
sarvasiddhāntasiddhānta eṣa eveti me matiḥ 16

16. prāmāṇyam sarvaśāstrāṇām etena eva prasiddhyati
sarvasiddhāntasiddhāntaḥ eṣaḥ eva iti me matiḥ

16. The validity of all scriptures (śāstras) is established by this very principle alone. This alone is the ultimate doctrine of all doctrines; such is my understanding.
