योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-85, verse-9

सर्गं संकल्पयामीति मतिं निश्चित्य तन्मया ।
समवेक्षितुमारब्धं शुद्धं सूक्ष्मेण चेतसा ॥ ९ ॥
sargaṃ saṃkalpayāmīti matiṃ niścitya tanmayā ,
samavekṣitumārabdhaṃ śuddhaṃ sūkṣmeṇa cetasā 9
9. sargam saṅkalpayāmi iti matim niścitya tanmayā
samavekṣitum ārabdham śuddham sūkṣmeṇa chetasā
9. sargam saṅkalpayāmi iti matim niścitya,
tanmayā śuddham sūkṣmeṇa chetasā samavekṣitum ārabdham
9. Having firmly resolved, 'I shall create a creation (sarga),' I then, being absorbed in that (thought), began to purely observe (it) with a subtle consciousness.
