एभिः सहैव वीराणां महेन्द्रमहतामपि ।
ददामि युद्धं मत्तानां करिणामिव केसरी ॥ ५ ॥

5. ebhiḥ saha eva vīrāṇām mahā-indra-mahatām api
dadāmi yuddham mattānām kariṇām iva kesarī

5. With these very valiant ones, even against warriors as great as Mahendra (Indra), I will give battle, just as a lion (kesarī) attacks intoxicated elephants.
