योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-8, verse-35

अथवा लवणं ब्रह्मन्यज्ञघ्नं तं मधोः सुतम् ।
कथयत्वसुरप्रख्यं नैव मोक्ष्यामि पुत्रकम् ॥ ३५ ॥
athavā lavaṇaṃ brahmanyajñaghnaṃ taṃ madhoḥ sutam ,
kathayatvasuraprakhyaṃ naiva mokṣyāmi putrakam 35
35. athavā lavaṇam brahman yajñaghnam tam madhoḥ sutam
kathayatu asuraprakhyam na eva mokṣyāmi putrakam
35. Or, O Brahmin (brahman), let that demon-like Lavana, son of Madhu, who destroys Vedic rituals (yajña), declare himself. I will certainly not spare that boy.
