योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-8, verse-6

बालो रामस्त्वनीकेषु न जानाति बलाबलम् ।
अन्तःपुरादृते दृष्टा नानेनान्या रणावनिः ॥ ६ ॥
bālo rāmastvanīkeṣu na jānāti balābalam ,
antaḥpurādṛte dṛṣṭā nānenānyā raṇāvaniḥ 6
6. bālaḥ rāmaḥ tu anīkeṣu na jānāti bala-abalam
antaḥpurāt ṛte dṛṣṭā na anena anyā raṇa-avaniḥ
6. Rama is a mere boy; he does not understand the strengths and weaknesses of armies. Besides the inner chambers of the palace, no other battlefield has been seen by him.
