योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-8, verse-31

तस्मात्प्रसादं धर्मज्ञ कुरु त्वं मम पुत्रके ।
मम चैवाल्पभाग्यस्य भवान्हि परदैवतम् ॥ ३१ ॥
tasmātprasādaṃ dharmajña kuru tvaṃ mama putrake ,
mama caivālpabhāgyasya bhavānhi paradaivatam 31
31. tasmāt prasādam dharmajña kuru tvam mama putrake
mama ca eva alpabhāgyasya bhavān hi paradevatam
31. Therefore, O knower of the natural law (dharma), please show favor to my son. For me, who am indeed unfortunate, you are the supreme deity.
