योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-20, verse-42

सुखेन तीर्यतेऽम्भोधिरुत्कृष्टमकराकरः ।
न कल्लोलबलोल्लासि सदोषं हतयौवनम् ॥ ४२ ॥
sukhena tīryate'mbhodhirutkṛṣṭamakarākaraḥ ,
na kallolabalollāsi sadoṣaṃ hatayauvanam 42

42. The ocean, which is an abode of formidable sea-creatures, can be easily crossed. However, youth, when it is flawed and destructive and surges with the might of its passions like powerful waves, is not easily traversed.
