योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-20, verse-2

तत्रानन्तविलासस्य लोलस्य स्वस्य चेतसः ।
वृत्तीरनुभवन्याति दुःखाद्दुःखान्तरं जडः ॥ २ ॥
tatrānantavilāsasya lolasya svasya cetasaḥ ,
vṛttīranubhavanyāti duḥkhādduḥkhāntaraṃ jaḍaḥ 2
2. tatra ananta-vilāsasya lolasya svasya cetasaḥ
vṛttīḥ anubhavan yāti duḥkhāt duḥkha-antaram jaḍaḥ
2. tatra jaḍaḥ svasya ananta-vilāsasya lolasya cetasaḥ
vṛttīḥ anubhavan duḥkhāt duḥkha-antaram yāti
2. There (in youth), the foolish person, experiencing the impulses of their own restless mind, which is given to endless indulgences, passes from one sorrow to another.
