का न्वियं स्यादिति शुभा न खल्वन्येन हेतुना ।
रूपं ह्यनुपमं कृत्वा तत्र क्रीडति पार्वती ॥२३॥

23. "Who indeed could this beautiful one be?" I wondered; it was not for any other reason, but because Pārvatī herself was playing there, having assumed an incomparable form.
