बाणौघवितताः सर्वा दिशश्च विदिशस्तथा ।
संछन्ना वसुधा चैव समन्तान्न प्रकाशते ॥२७॥

27. bāṇaughavitatāḥ sarvā diśaśca vidiśastathā ,
saṃchannā vasudhā caiva samantānna prakāśate.

27. All directions and intermediate directions were covered by multitudes of arrows. And the earth, completely obscured all around, no longer shone.
