वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-5, chapter-45, verse-2

स तस्य दृष्ट्यर्पणसंप्रचोदितः प्रतापवान् काञ्चनचित्रकार्मुकः ।
समुत्पपाताथ सदस्युदीरितो द्विजातिमुख्यैर्हविषेव पावकः ॥२॥

2. Impelled by his father's gaze, that mighty one, adorned with a golden, embellished bow, then rose up in the assembly. He was like fire (pāvakaḥ) roused by the chief among the twice-born (dvijātimukhyaiḥ) with offerings.
