महर्षिभिश्चक्रचरैर्महाव्रतैः समेत्य भूतैश्च सयक्षपन्नगैः ।
सुरैश्च सेन्द्रैर्भृशजातविस्मयैर्हते कुमारे स कपिर्निरीक्षितः ॥३८॥

38. When the prince was slain, that monkey (Hanuman) was gazed upon by great sages who traverse the celestial spheres and observe great vows, and by other beings including yakṣas and nāgas, as well as by the gods along with Indra, all of whom were filled with profound astonishment, having assembled.
