अनुकूले नृपे यद्वत् सर्वेऽमात्यादयो द्विज ।
नाशुभं कुर्वते तद्वनान्ये स्वाशुभदायकाः ॥१२॥

Just as, O Brahmin, when the king is favorable, all ministers and other [officials] do not cause inauspiciousness. Similarly, other [planets] do not bestow their own inauspicious results.
