बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-32, verse-36

एते भावाः समाख्याताः क्रूराख्या द्विजसत्तम ।
एषां योगेन यो भावस्तस्य हानिः प्रजायते ॥३६॥
36. ete bhāvāḥ samākhyātāḥ krūrākhyā dvijasattama .
eṣāṃ yogena yo bhāvastasya hāniḥ prajāyate.

eṣām yogena yaḥ bhāvaḥ tasya hāniḥ prajāyate
36. These houses, O best among the twice-born (dvijasattama), are declared to be known as malefic (krūra). Due to the association (yoga) with these, whatever house is involved suffers a loss (hāni).
