नीचान्वयेऽपि यो जातः विद्यमाने च कारके ।
सोऽपि राजमनो विप्र धनवान् सुखसंयुतः ॥२९॥

O Brahmin, even if someone is born in a low lineage, when the significator (kāraka) is present and strong, that person will be esteemed by kings, wealthy, and endowed with happiness.
