बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-29, verse-36

लग्नदारपदे विप्र मिथः केन्द्रगते यदि ।
त्रिलाभयोस्त्रिकोणे वा तथा राजा धराधिपः ॥३६॥
36. lagnadārapade vipra mithaḥ kendragate yadi .
trilābhayostrikoṇe vā tathā rājā dharādhipaḥ.
36. lagna-dāra-pade vipra mithaḥ kendra-gate yadi
tri-lābhayos trikoṇe vā tathā rājā dharādhipaḥ
36. O Brahmin, if the Lagna-pada and the Dāra-pada are mutually situated in angular houses (kendras), or in the 3rd or 11th houses (tri-lābhas), or in trine houses (trikoṇas), then the native becomes a king, a ruler of the earth.
