बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-29, verse-15

जातस्य भाग्यप्राबल्यं निर्दिशेदुत्तरोत्तरम् ।
उक्तयोगेषु चेत् खेटे द्वादशं नैव पश्यति ॥१५॥
15. jātasya bhāgyaprābalyaṃ nirdiśeduttarottaram .
uktayogeṣu cet kheṭe dvādaśaṃ naiva paśyati.

uktayogeṣu cet kheṭe dvādaśam na eva paśyati
15. In these stated (ukta) combinations (yogas), one should progressively declare the increasing strength of fortune (bhāgyaprābalyam) for the native, if a planet (kheṭa) does not aspect the twelfth house at all.
