बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-29, verse-16

पदस्थानाद् व्यये विप्र शुभपापयुतेक्षिते ।
व्ययबाहुल्यमित्येवं विशेषोपार्जनात् सदा ॥१६॥

16. O Brahmin, if the twelfth house from the Arudha Lagna (Pada) is conjoined with or aspected by both auspicious and malefic planets, then there will be abundant expenditure. This expenditure will always come from special earnings.
