O Brahmin (vipra), when there is an Argala from benefic planets (śubhagrahārgale), and especially when there is an Argala from exalted planets (uccagrahārgale); or when it is aspected (dṛṣṭe) by a benefic lord (śubhena svāminā), or by the lord of the Ascendant (lagna), the house of fortune (bhāgya, 9th house), and so on (ādigenavā)—
