बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-29, verse-20

पदाद् व्यये सुराचार्ये वीक्षिते चान्यखेचरैः ।
करमूलाद् व्ययो वाच्यः स्वस्यैव द्विजसत्तम ॥२०॥
20. padād vyaye surācārye vīkṣite cānyakhecaraiḥ .
karamūlād vyayo vācyaḥ svasyaiva dvijasattama.
20. padāt vyaye surācārye vīkṣite ca anyakhecaraiḥ
karamūlāt vyayaḥ vācyaḥ svasya eva dvijasattama
20. O best among the twice-born (dvija), if the twelfth house from the Arudha Lagna (Pada) is aspected by Jupiter and also by other planets, then expenditure from one's own taxes or resources should be predicted.
