O Brahmin (dvija), when there is an abundance of planetary aspects and yogas (grahadṛgyogabāhulye) on the eleventh house (ekādaśe) from the Pada lagna, and especially when it is obstructed (sārgale) or when there is a confluence of many obstructions (bahvargalasamāgame)—
