प्रियव्रतोऽभ्यषिञ्चत्तान् सप्त सप्तसु पार्थिवान् ।
द्वीपेषु तेन धर्मेण द्वीपांश्चैव निबोध मे ॥१६॥

16. priyavrato'bhyaṣiñcattān sapta saptasu pārthivān .
dvīpeṣu tena dharmeṇa dvīpāṃścaiva nibodha me.

16. priyavrataḥ abhyaṣiñcat tān sapta saptasu pārthivān
dvīpeṣu tena dharmeṇa dvīpān ca eva nibodha me

16. Priyavrata anointed those seven (sons) as kings in the seven islands. By that (natural) law (dharma), understand the islands from me as well.
