अकंपितेन मनसा ससैन्यानि दिदेश ह ।
दूतं च प्रेषयामास निर्गम्य नगराद्बहिः ॥१४॥

With an unperturbed mind, he (Vapuṣmat) commanded the armies. And having exited the city, he sent a messenger outside.
