स दमो वारयत्वेष हन्मि तस्या रिपोर्गुरुम् ॥१७॥

Given the intense pride of that evil-minded one, which manifests in the form of youthful weapons, may this Dama restrain him. I shall kill the preceptor (guru) of Rukmiṇī's enemy.
