तेनासीदति तेजस्वी दीप्तिमान्हव्यवाहनः ।
न चैव धारयामास गर्भं तेजोमयं तदा ॥७॥

7. tenāsīdati tejasvī dīptimānhavyavāhanaḥ ,
na caiva dhārayāmāsa garbhaṁ tejomayaṁ tadā.

7. By that [brilliance], the carrier of oblations (Agni) became exceedingly brilliant and radiant. Yet, he was certainly unable to bear that fiery seed (garbha) at that time.
