अस्त्राणि दिव्यान्यथ संनतिर्ह्रीः प्रिया च वागनपायीनि भीष्मे ॥४॥

Karna said: In whom (Bhishma) were fortitude, intellect, valor, energy, self-control, truth, and all heroic qualities. Moreover, divine weapons, humility, modesty, and pleasing speech were never absent in Bhishma.
