महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-2, verse-26

अश्वानग्र्यान्पाण्डुराभ्रप्रकाशान्पुष्टान्स्नातान्मन्त्रपूताभिरद्भिः ।
तप्तैर्भाण्डैः काञ्चनैरभ्युपेताञ्शीघ्राञ्शीघ्रं सूतपुत्रानयस्व ॥२६॥

26. O charioteer (sūtaputra), quickly bring the excellent, swift horses. They are to be shining like white clouds, well-fed, bathed with waters purified by mantras, and provided with heated golden vessels.
