महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-2, verse-29

प्रायात्रिकं चानयताशु सर्वं कन्याः पूर्णं वीरकांस्यं च हैमम् ।
आनीय मालामवबध्य चाङ्गे प्रवादयन्त्वाशु जयाय भेरीः ॥२९॥
29. prāyātrikaṁ cānayatāśu sarvaṁ; kanyāḥ pūrṇaṁ vīrakāṁsyaṁ ca haimam ,
ānīya mālāmavabadhya cāṅge; pravādayantvāśu jayāya bherīḥ.
29. prāyātrikam ca ānayata āśu sarvam
kanyāḥ pūrṇam vīrakāṃsyam ca
haimam ānīya mālām avabadhya ca
aṅge pravādayantu āśu jayāya bherīḥ
29. (You all) āśu (quickly) sarvam (all) prāyātrikam (travel provisions) ca (and) pūrṇam (full) vīrakāṃsyam (heroic bronze) ca (and) haimam (gold) ānayata (bring).
(And) ānīya (having brought) mālām (a garland) ca (and) aṅge (on the body) avabadhya (tied),
kanyāḥ (the maidens) āśu (quickly) jayāya (for victory) bherīḥ (war drums) pravādayantu (let them sound).
29. You all, quickly bring all travel provisions, and [bring] a full [quantity of] heroic bronze and gold. And having brought a garland and tied it on the body, let the maidens quickly sound the war drums for victory.
