महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-160, verse-19

दानवानां सहस्राणि हिरण्यपुरवासिनाम् ।
विजिग्ये पुरुषव्याघ्रः स शक्यो मानुषैः कथम् ॥१९॥
19. dānavānāṁ sahasrāṇi hiraṇyapuravāsinām ,
