महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-81, verse-4

महीं गताः पार्थबलाभिभूता विचित्ररूपा युगपद्विनेशुः ।
दृष्ट्वा हतांस्तान्युधि राजपुत्रांस्त्रिगर्तराजः प्रययौ क्षणेन ॥४॥
4. mahīṁ gatāḥ pārthabalābhibhūtā; vicitrarūpā yugapadvineśuḥ ,
dṛṣṭvā hatāṁstānyudhi rājaputrāṁ;strigartarājaḥ prayayau kṣaṇena.

4. Overpowered by Arjuna’s might, (the princes) fell to the earth, appearing disfigured, and simultaneously perished. Seeing those princes slain in battle, the king of Trigarta immediately fled.
