महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-81, verse-33

भीमोऽप्यथैनं सहसा विनद्य प्रत्युद्ययौ गदया तर्जमानः ।
समुद्यतां तां यमदण्डकल्पां दृष्ट्वा गदां ते कुरवः समन्तात् ॥३३॥
33. bhīmo'pyathainaṁ sahasā vinadya; pratyudyayau gadayā tarjamānaḥ ,
samudyatāṁ tāṁ yamadaṇḍakalpāṁ; dṛṣṭvā gadāṁ te kuravaḥ samantāt.

pratyudyayau gadayā tarjamānaḥ
samudyatām tām yamadaṇḍakalpām

33. Then Bhima also, roaring suddenly, advanced to meet him (Duryodhana), threatening with his mace. Seeing that mace raised and resembling the rod of Yama, those Kauravas (Kurus) around him (Duryodhana) scattered in all directions.
