कृष्ण उवाच ।
भवानभिगतः पूर्वमत्र मे नास्ति संशयः ।
दृष्टस्तु प्रथमं राजन्मया पार्थो धनंजयः ॥१३॥

bhavānabhigataḥ pūrvamatra me nāsti saṁśayaḥ ,
dṛṣṭastu prathamaṁ rājanmayā pārtho dhanaṁjayaḥ.

Krishna said: "There is no doubt in my mind that you approached me first. However, O King, Arjuna Dhananjaya was seen by me first."
