महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-181, verse-9

ततस्त्वस्त्राणि दिव्यानि जामदग्न्यः प्रतापवान् ।
मयि प्रचोदयामास तान्यहं प्रत्यषेधयम् ॥९॥
9. tatastvastrāṇi divyāni jāmadagnyaḥ pratāpavān ,
mayi pracodayāmāsa tānyahaṁ pratyaṣedhayam.
9. tataḥ tu astrāṇi divyāni jāmadagnyaḥ pratāpavān
mayi pracodayām āsa tāni aham pratyaṣedhayam
9. tataḥ tu pratāpavān jāmadagnyaḥ divyāni astrāṇi

9. Then, the powerful Parashurama (jāmadagnya) discharged divine weapons upon me, but I countered them.
