महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-164, verse-12

पिता त्वस्य महातेजा वृद्धोऽपि युवभिर्वरः ।
रणे कर्म महत्कर्ता तत्र मे नास्ति संशयः ॥१२॥
12. pitā tvasya mahātejā vṛddho'pi yuvabhirvaraḥ ,
raṇe karma mahatkartā tatra me nāsti saṁśayaḥ.
12. pitā tu asya mahātejāḥ vṛddhaḥ api yuvabhiḥ varaḥ
| raṇe karma mahat kartā tatra me na asti saṃśayaḥ
12. tu asya pitā,
mahātejāḥ vṛddhaḥ api,
yuvabhiḥ varaḥ.
raṇe mahat karma kartā.
tatra me saṃśayaḥ na asti.
12. But his father, of great prowess, though aged, is superior even to the young warriors. He will perform mighty actions (karma) in battle. Regarding this, I have no doubt.
