महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-131, verse-19

कुरु सत्त्वं च मानं च विद्धि पौरुषमात्मनः ।
उद्भावय कुलं मग्नं त्वत्कृते स्वयमेव हि ॥१९॥
19. kuru sattvaṁ ca mānaṁ ca viddhi pauruṣamātmanaḥ ,
udbhāvaya kulaṁ magnaṁ tvatkṛte svayameva hi.

19. Cultivate courage and self-respect, and recognize your own manliness (puruṣa). Indeed, uplift your sunken family by your own efforts.
